We have lived here just over a year now and couldn't be happier. Elena also sold our former home. She worked very hard staging the house, including carrying the heavy end of a grandfather clock down the basement stairs!! She had an open house the weekend after it was listed. Four offers in two days. All but one above our asking price. One offer was way above our asking price and we took it. Unfortunately the appraisal came in below our asking price. Elena is a great negotiator. She got them to make up the difference between the appraisal and our asking price. We referred her to a friend who, after much looking and probably more demanding than we were, bought a condo just down the street from us. Also new construction. Elena is an amazing woman, both professionally and on a personal relationship basis. She is by far the best Realtor we have ever had and is just such a nice person. I recommend her without reservation, and when we sell she is the one we will go with. Absolutely great. You can't go wrong with Elena, whether buying or selling.
